The Role:

We're looking for a hands-on AI Engineer to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity to shape core technology from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI models that power our next-generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning and deep learning models for real-world applications.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to bring AI features into production.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on new ideas.
• Analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Contribute to architecture decisions and help set technical direction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Solid experience as an AI/ML Engineer, preferably in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Strong skills in Python and common ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Experience with model deployment and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a practical mindset.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Nice to Have:

• Background or demonstrated interest in renewable energy, climate tech, or sustainability.
• Experience with time-series forecasting, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Exposure to data engineering or MLOps tools.
