Key Responsibilities: Engage with customers to understand their needs and help them find the perfect vehicle. Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Actively prospect for new customers through lead generation, follow-ups, and networking. Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features to showcase the value of each product. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of BMW Motorrad and Lotus vehicles, accessories, and financing options. Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure a smooth sales process for customers. Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and annual sales targets. Assist with maintaining showroom and lot standards, including vehicle displays and cleanliness. Stay compliant with federal, state, and local regulations governing vehicle sales. Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. What We’re Looking For: Experience : 2+ years experience is preferred, we will train the right talent with strong communication skills Passion : Enthusiasm for luxury vehicles and motorcycles, particularly the BMW Motorrad and Lotus brands. Customer Focus : Strong interpersonal and communication skills to create positive customer experiences. Drive : A results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting sales goals. Technical Skills : Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus. Licensing : A valid motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required.
