About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organized, data-literate Marketing Project & Performance Manager to drive marketing execution across multiple internal teams and agency partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, project management, and performance accountability. You won’t be building dashboards or running paid media directly, but you’ll be a key player in ensuring all marketing efforts—internal and external—are aligned, on track, and optimized to drive growth across our Shopify site and third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Chewy, and TikTok Shop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sales and profitability metrics across direct-to-consumer and third-party channels, ensuring marketing activities are consistently aligned with revenue goals.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration across internal teams (graphic design, product, email, social) and external agencies (growth, SEO, creative, media) to ensure alignment on marketing goals and deliverables.
  • Own the marketing execution calendar —ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are tracked and met.
  • Monitor campaign performance and attribution data across channels to help inform pivots when targets aren’t met.
  • Act as the strategic liaison between agencies and internal stakeholders—synthesizing feedback, pushing for clarity, and making sure performance goals remain in focus.
  • Ensure project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana) are used effectively to track initiatives and keep marketing operations running smoothly.
  • Help prioritize tasks and marketing initiatives based on impact, ROI, and alignment with business goals.
  • Support the Shopify DTC site and third-party marketplace performance by ensuring merchandising, creative, and campaigns are up to date and conversion-optimized.
  • Keep leadership informed on progress, challenges, and risks across marketing initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 3–5+ years in a marketing operations , project management , or performance marketing coordination role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., attribution, funnels, paid channels, CRO, marketplaces).
  • Experience managing multiple agencies or vendors with a track record of keeping them focused, accountable, and performance-driven.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills; proficient in tools like ClickUp , Trello , Asana , or similar.
  • Comfortable interpreting data trends and performance reports and helping teams respond accordingly.
  • Strong communicator who can drive clarity and accountability across diverse teams and personalities.
  • Self-starter with a high sense of ownership and a proactive mindset.
Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and/or Chewy Marketplace.
  • Experience working in a high-growth DTC or omnichannel eCommerce brand.
  • Exposure to tools like Google Analytics, Triple Whale, or similar attribution/reporting platforms (even if not building the dashboards directly).
