This is a 7 month contract opportunity

On site Monday, Wednesday, Thursday 9am-6pm (Los Angeles 90038)

Pay Rate: $75-80 per hour

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for leading digital campaigns across global markets, managing agency relationships, and delivering engaging social and digital content to support entertainment title campaigns. You will serve as the central point of contact for digital creative assets, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and drive international localization and activation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for campaign creative assets, working closely with Creative, Publicity, Creative Content, and U.S. Digital teams to compile and distribute materials such as trailers, posters, clips, and featurettes.
  • Create ad banner campaigns and develop digital assets for various platforms.
  • Provide digital assets to international markets and ensure timely localization.
  • Oversee social media campaigns and social asset creation with external agencies.
  • Manage social and creator agency efforts for title-specific campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand voice and strategic objectives.
  • Lead media-led activations globally, including streaming events, interactive experiences, and bespoke digital programs.
  • Coordinate closely with the U.S. digital team to sync calendars and social media schedules, ensuring localized assets are prepared and delivered.
  • Plan and execute influencer activations, including logistics, travel, on-site coordination, and performance reporting.
  • Partner with Legal to ensure compliance with contracts, NDAs, and statements of work for agencies and third-party vendors.
  • Support digital content launches (trailers, featurettes, etc.) by producing supporting assets such as banners and social skins.
  • Work with 60+ international markets to review digital assets, manage timelines, quality assurance for games/features, and lead global ticketing platform launches.
  • Assist in the development of filmmaker and internal decks, digital marketing guidelines, and campaign wrap-up reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in media, entertainment, or a creative/digital agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms and digital best practices.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience working with international markets is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience supporting international digital marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with entertainment marketing, global content launches, and localization workflows.
