As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in organizing a variety of events, from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate functions, trade shows, and community gatherings. Coordinate logistics for events such as venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements. Collaborate with team members to ensure all event details are aligned with client expectations and objectives. Manage event registration processes and maintain attendee databases. Support marketing efforts by helping create promotional materials and communicating event details to attendees. Conduct research on event trends and best practices to enhance event quality and attendee experience. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and vendors. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event management software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events.
