As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will be involved in various aspects of event coordination, from site selection to logistics and on-site management. Responsibilities: Assist in the planning and execution of various events including corporate meetings, weddings, and festivals. Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations. Manage event registration and guest lists, ensuring smooth check-in processes. Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials for events. Support marketing efforts through social media promotions and content creation. Provide on-site support during events, addressing any issues that arise promptly and efficiently. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and vendors. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed for events. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms. Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently when necessary.
