Job Title :Entry Level Events Assistant Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our events team in the planning and execution of various events, ranging from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and social gatherings Key Responsibilities : Assist in the planning and coordination of various events and activities. Support the events team with logistical arrangements, including venue selection and catering services. Help manage event registrations and attendee communications. Research and source vendors and supplies needed for events. Assist in creating event timelines and schedules to ensure everything runs smoothly. Collect and organize feedback from attendees post-event to help improve future events. Qualifications Recent graduate or equivalent experience in event planning or related field. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic design software is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
