Human Resource Coordinator - Part Time

Our client, a dynamic organization, is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join their team. As a Human Resource Coordinator, you will be part of the HR department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resource Coordinator

Location: De Pere, WI

Pay Range: $25.00/hour

First Shift and 20 - 25 hours per week

What's the Job?

• Coordinate staffing needs with managers, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and manage new hire paperwork.
• Assist with employee onboarding and benefit enrollment & administration.
• Maintain knowledge of state and federal laws, educate leadership, and ensure HR practices align with regulations.
• Advise managers on disciplinary matters, document incidents, and assist with terminations.
• Support safety committee meetings, oversee OSHA compliance, and promote workplace wellness initiatives.
• Maintain accurate personnel records

What's Needed?

• Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.
