Overview: As a receptionist, you are the first point of contact with our customers and must be well-versed in customer service with a friendly demeanor that leaves a lasting impression. Responsibilities/Duties:

• Answer and address incoming phone calls in a timely and polite manner
• Greet and assist walk in traffic
• Provide information to customers, vendors, and visitors
• Maintain cleanliness of entryway and front office
• Learn checkout process to assist salesfloor
• Learn how to answer service calls and order entry for basic customer service

Requirements Qualifications/Skills:

• Flexible with an ability to handle multiple tasks where priorities shift with the demands of the business
• Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills
• Maintains a positive attitude; works with a sense of urgency; demonstrates timely and thorough execution
• Familiarity with electronic equipment, like computer order processing system and iPads
• Strong organizational skills

Experience: Two years of receptionist experience required. Schedule: Full-time Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm Some weekends required.
