Daily Functions: Assess our notary network for coverage gaps and conduct outreach to add notaries. Facilitate notary onboarding using our technology and provide virtual training. Monitor order systems, confirm order placements with escrow officers, and suggest system improvements. Process signing orders, confirm appointments, and follow up to ensure completion. Conduct client and customer assessments to meet service levels and deadlines. Troubleshoot issues to ensure successful signings. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Notary Public commission preferred. Experience in notary coordination, escrow, mortgage, title, or real estate settlement preferred. Experience in signing services or loan signings is a plus. Primary Skills: High satisfaction scores from clients and notaries. Commitment to quality and responsiveness under tight deadlines. Attention to detail and professionalism in communication.
