Job Description

Operate different types of trucks, such as tractor-trailers and Class B Tanker Water Bottle Trucks:

• Load and unload cargo as required, ensuring materials are handled properly.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to guarantee safety and adherence to regulations.
• Keep precise records of driving hours, routes, and cargo details.
• Deliver goods to specified locations promptly while complying with all traffic laws.
• Effectively communicate with dispatchers and customers about delivery schedules and any possible delays.
• Use forklifts when necessary for loading or unloading cargo.

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Knowledge of operating water bottle trucks, including the requirement for a tanker endorsement.
• Capability to load and unload cargo safely and efficiently.
• Strong comprehension of road safety regulations and best practices in commercial driving.
• Exceptional time management skills to adhere to delivery deadlines.
• Strong communication abilities for effective interaction with team members and customers.
• Capacity to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Type: Full-time.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per mile.
