Job Description

Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for their PM Shift to join their team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be part of the operations team supporting the manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully with the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor 2nd & 3rd Shift

Location: Scott County Indiana

Pay Range: Depending on Experience

What's the Job?

• Develop, implement, and supervise manufacturing operations to optimize efficiencies and accuracy.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met as outlined by regulatory agencies.
• Monitor equipment and processes for opportunities to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate staffing assignments and create lineups that ensure appropriate line coverage.
• Supervise and direct employees to ensure performance is in accordance with safety policies.

What's Needed?

• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of SAP in Warehouse Management.
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Strong planning and organization skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and oral.
